Bryan Maness is ready to officially open the doors on Ozark Mountain Biscuit and Bar.
While Maness did not plan to start out in the restaurant and food industry, once he was, the end goal was opening his own brick-and-mortar location.
Ozark Mountain Biscuit Food Truck was developed with the help of his brother, Brent, and uncle, Michael. Maness brother and uncle are partners in the restaurant, but do not live in Columbia. They have been here ahead of the opening. Maness is the managing partner.
Origins of the business
Going from conducting business out of a food truck to a restaurant in the Arcade District area of Fay Street took several years and it started on the music festival circuit in 2013.
