The following businesses received critical health violations from the Fairfield County Department of Health between March 9 and 12.
Sweeney s Pub, 532 N. Columbus St., Lancaster, March 9. Employee food was not placed in a designated area and away from consumer food/drink items.
Square 7 Coffee House - Art & Clay on Main, 150 W. Main St., Lancaster, March 9. Milk, almond milk, and heavy whipping cream observed being stored at 50 degrees Fahrenheit rather than 41 degrees, while refrigerator thermometer read 44 degrees (corrected during inspection).
Circle K, 4400 Coonpath Road NW, Lancaster, March 11. Handwashing sink blocked by door and not easily accessible; Bucket of sanitizer observed on counter next to ready-to-eat food and drinks; Excess food residue found on pizza serving utensil holder.
