RESIDENTS in Flintshire have been warned against buying mobile phones from scammers. Cheshire Constabulary have seen an increase in people being scammed, whereby people are selling mobile phones to members of the public from the boot of their car. Sgt Emma Prevete of the South Flintshire Neighbourhood Policing Team said: These mobile phones are not genuine and are not worth the amount being requested. North Wales Police is asking that the public are mindful of such scams and report any suspicious behaviour to police.
