â A second head-on crash in a month on I-10 in Acadia Parish claimed two lives on Friday.
Shortly after 6:00 P.M., on April 23, 2021, Louisiana State Police Troop I was notified of a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 near mile marker 67 (east of Jennings) in Acadia Parish. The crash claimed the life of a driver and his passenger. The deceased have been identified as 79-year-old Hoa Minh Le of Henderson and 72-year-old Huynh Thi Tran of Amelia, according to a spokesperson for Troop I.

LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - Three people are dead following a head-on collision in Acadia Parish Wednesday.
According to Louisiana State Police Trooper Thomas Gossen, Troop I was notified of a four-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 near mile marker 77 (west of Crowley) in Acadia Parish at approximately 12 a.m., Wednsday, April 7. The crash claimed the life of two drivers and an occupant in one of the vehicles.

Louisiana State Police Troop I was notified of a four-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 near mile marker 77 (west of Crowley) in Acadia Parish. The crash claimed the life of two drivers and an occupant in one of the vehicles. One of the deceased drivers has been identified as 25-year-old Sadie Fontenot of Eunice.
Crowley Police investigating first homicide of 2021, victim identified

The Crowley Police Department says they are investigating their first homicide of 2021.
Officers responded Friday morning, January 15, to the 1500 block of North Avenue I in response to a shots fired call.
Upon arrival, police say they discovered a man, who had been shot at least once, on the ground.
Officers attempted first aid but their efforts proved unsuccessful, they say.
The victim was identified by police as Timmy Harmon. Harmon was pronounced dead on scene by the Acadia Parish Coroner s Office and transported for a forensic autopsy.
