A new online 50/50 draw is being launched to help support a pair of local charities.
The Chatham-Kent Hospice and Children’s Treatment Centre will be splitting the proceeds from the latest raffle.
Foundation executive director Mike Genge says the money raised will help support programming at the Treatment Centre.
“We know right now that one of the things parents are really struggling with is because of COVID, not being able to do their therapies with staff, so we’ve been trying to do things in a different manner,” Genge says. “It’ll all go towards mental health programming, it’ll go towards doing camps for kids, it’ll go towards just helping parents out.”
