Tech billionaire Peter Thiel bought a new property in Miami, which once was home to the castmates of MTV s The Real World: Miami.
Thiel bought the Real World house for $18 million in September from former Ford CEO Jacques Nasser, public records show.
That property is just a 20-minute walk from the $29 million mansion that his Founders Fund colleague Keith Rabois bought in December.

It was previously owned by former Ford CEO and president Jacques Nasser, who offloaded the compound to Atlantic View Holdings LLC in September
The property was also once used as the set of MTV s The Real World: Miami , during the 1996 season
Thiel joins a growing list of tech entrepreneurs who have recently left Silicon Valley to move to more affordable states such as Florida and Texas
