The civic body often installs cameras to catch offenders red-handed for activities like illegal dumping of garbage. The Ramtekdi Industrial Estate (RIE) has trumped the civic body and, in return, installed its own CCTV camera on the premises to keep an eye on the PMC. The reason…? Despite protests, PMC staff has been allegedly dumping garbage at the industry premises, ostensibly to process it.
