Federal Govt Announces Dates for Matric And Inter Exams in 2021
The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has announced to hold the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examinations in May and June, respectively.
As per the announcement, the annual examinations for students under the Federal Board would commence from 20th May 2021, for SSC students, and from 10th June 2021, for HSSC students.

A notification in this regard was issued late on Monday that said:
It is hereby notified for information and necessary action of all concerned that SSC Annual Examination 2021 shall commence from Thursday, 20th May 2021, and HSSC Annual Examination 2021 shall commence from Thursday, 10th June 2021.

On Thursday, Maharashtra Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad announced class 10 and 12 board exams for the current academic year.
The Minister said, Written exams of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Class X will be held from April 29, 2021, to May 31, 2021. Results are expected to be announced in the last week of August 2021. All exams would be conducted in compliance with the COVID-19 norms. Written exams of Higher Secondary School Certificate (H.S.C) Class XII will be held from April 23, 2021, to May 29, 2021. Results will be announced in the last week of July 2021. All exams would be conducted in compliance with the COVID-19 norms, she added.
