According to multiple news reports by publications including People magazine and Us Weekly, Trautman posted an Instagram story featuring a quotation from an account called @spiritualbear over the weekend that said “Let people be hungry for you. Be unavailable from time to time, you’re focusing on your (expletive).”
Underneath the quotation, Trautman wrote her own message, directly addressing the questions of fans and panning the “lies” that have allegedly been spread about her fate on the show.
“I was not fired. I decided to take a step back from filming because it became extremely toxic,” Trautman wrote, according to various news reports. “I am unwilling to put my journey and my happiness on the line for fame and money. You all will have clarity when the show airs. Now please stop spreading lies.”
