The Napanee raiders requested at last weeks Town of Greater Napanee Council Meeting, to reduce or waive the Town invoice for Dressing Room Rental and Storage at the Strathcona Paper Centre.
myFM spoke with Heather Shetler with the raiders, for a comment on the request.
During the meeting, Mayor Marg Isbester said, they are not pushing for the raiders to pay this bill, but that they want a more fulsome look at the situation, as there are three youth groups also paying these fees.
Council then decided to wait on more financial information to be provided from all groups renting, before moving forward at their next council meeting.

Council took into consideration that there is also 3 youth groups also paying these fees right now.
Mayor Marg Isbester had this to say during the meeting.
Council then decided to wait on receiving more financial information from all the groups renting, before moving forward at the next meeting.
