Anyone coming to Greater Manchester from any Tier 4 area or Wales should self-isolate for at least ten days when they arrive
People from Tier 4 areas or Wales who travel to Greater Manchester are being told to isolate for 10 days even if they don t have any coronavirus symptoms.
Greater Manchester’s ten Directors of Public Health are asking anyone who has travelled to the city-region from any Tier 4 area or Wales to act as if they have the new variant of Covid-19 and self-isolate for at least ten days when they arrive.

I think that cgi fails to show all of the other tall buildings built and planned for that area. The whole area has been planned for tall towers so in the right context these look really interesting.

‘Neither Collier’s Yard nor Blade contains provision for affordable housing.’ Will the sales include overseas buyers using them as cladded safety deposit boxes? Seems public money used in this way should have more robust ethics. Just a snip of this money invested by GMCA would help homelessness. The economics are myopic.

Those who have fled Tier 4 areas or Wales and arrived in Greater Manchester have been instructed to presume they have the new variant of coronavirus. They have been told to self-isolate for at least ten days by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority. A joint statement from Greater Manchester s ten directors of public health said: The ten days should start from Saturday 19 December.
A police officer A HELPLINE offering support services to victims of crime has been launched in the wake of a damning inspection of Greater Manchester Police (GMP). Her Majesty s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services (HMICFRS) report of GMP found failings such as the force losing records of 80,000 cases. Chief Constable Ian Hopkins, who was in charge of the force for five years, stepped down after the report on Friday. The Greater Manchester Crime Support Line will provide support to victims who may have concerns about how their crime has been recorded by GMP or if they would like support to help them cope and recover.

People travelling from tier-four areas to other parts of England are being asked to assume they have the new coronavirus variant and self-isolate.
Health officials said anyone who has come from a tier-four area or Wales to parts of the West Midlands and North West should stay at home for 10 days.
No visitors are allowed to a house where someone is isolating, even on Christmas Day, the statement said.
People who test negative are also being told to self-isolate.
