Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has decided to go all alone in the upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand,
Livemint.
Party supremo Mayawati made the announcement, putting to rest the speculative reports which had been claiming that her party will be fighting the elections in an alliance with Asaduddin Owaisi s All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen (AIMIM).
Taking to Twitter, Mayawati said, Reports are doing rounds since yesterday that the AIMIM and BSP will fight the upcoming assembly general elections in UP together. This news is completely false, misleading and factless. There is not even an iota of truth in this and BSP vehemently denies it.
Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati has confirmed that her party would contest the Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand elections alone, unlike in Punjab where the party has joined hands with Shiromani Akali Dal.
