2023: Zoning has come to stay in Abia – PDP chieftain “Power rotation has become sacrosanct and must be respected by all political parties and aspirants.” A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abia State, Okechukwu Apugo, has said that no section of the state would be allowed to scuttle existing zoning arrangement for 2023 governorship election in the state. Mr Apugo, in a statement in Umuahia, on Sunday, said power shift among the three senatorial districts had come to stay in the state.
