Man Arrested For DUI After Fleeing Richland Crash & Fire
A man was taken into custody Thursday night for DUI after crashing his vehicle.
The crash happened at 11:30 pm in Richland on I-182 at exit 5B. According to Washington State Patrol, the driver fled the scene after the crash into the embankment. Both the truck and area vegetation caught on fire.

Richland Police Officers soon located the man in the area and he was arrested for DUI.

As the summer driving season approaches gas prices continue to rise as demand increases across the country. Officials at GasBuddy says gas prices in Yakima in the last week are up 5.6 cents per gallon selling for an average of $3.29 per gallon. GasBuddy s daily survey of 91 stations in Yakima found prices in Yakima 11.9 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and 94.8 cents per gallon higher than a year ago.
