America First Legal Pursuing Lawsuit Against Critical Race Theory: Stephen Miller
America First Legal (AFL) is seeking to launch a lawsuit against critical race theory (CRT), Stephen Miller, ex-adviser for former President Donald Trump, said.
“We’re also looking for plaintiffs if we can find them who are willing to stand up and file suit on critical race theory,” he said during an interview with Fox News.
Miller encouraged federal workers who are victims of CRT training to join this effort.
“Go to our website and tell us what happened to you,” he said.

Stephen Miller, the former senior adviser to President Donald Trump, filed a lawsuit on Monday against the Biden Administration over its reparations to non-White farmers, pointing out that this constitutes discrimination against White farmers, as reported by The Hill.
The class-action suit was filed by the legal group founded by Miller, America First Legal (AFL), on behalf of the Agricultural Commissioner of Texas Sid Miller, and other plaintiffs. The suit targets a particular provision of Bidenâs $1.9 trillion coronavirus stimulus bill which is set to distribute funds to âsocially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers,â ostensibly to make up for âsystemic racismâ and past oppression.
