The Jamaica Central Securities Depository Limited (JCSD), a subsidiary of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE), has partnered with AppFinity Technologies Limited (AppFinity) to launch a platform for virtual meetings.
It will enable listed companies and other companies to host their Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM) and other events.
In a JSE statement on April 6, 2021, AppFinity outlined that the new platform provides secure access for meetings and a three-step process that gives users complete access and privacy and “guarantees accurate data, daily backup with 24/7 monitoring backend software.”
