Archaeologists in the Dominican Republic made an intriguing discovery in the Egypt: a two thousand year old mummy with a golden tongue. The corpse was found at the Taposiris Magna archaeological site, which houses 16 tombs.
According to experts, the golden tongue was placed on the body after death. The understanding is that the artifact would allow to the spirit of the deceased person talk to the gods of the beyond.

In the same place, researchers found chests of coins with the face of Queen Cleopatra, generating speculation that the site was erected sometime between 51 and 30 BC (period BC) - a period corresponding to his leadership.
