U.S. Department of Defense John Sherman, virtually hosted counterpart Brig. Gen. David Neo from the Ministry of Defence of Singapore for the 13th bilateral Command, Control and Communications (C3) Forum. This was the first C3 Forum for both Mr. Sherman and Brig. Neo as co-chairs. The C3 Forum is a part of the strong U.S.- Singapore security partnership in this critical region of the world. The leaders discussed areas of mutual interest in C3 and cybersecurity. It was the first time that the C3 Forum had been conducted virtually. Throughout the many disruptions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual collaboration tools have allowed robust consultations and information exchange activities under the C3 Forum to continue uninterrupted.
