In order to benefit from this initiative, the High Commission of Pakistan, Canberra, is planning to convene a Virtual Science Summit 2021 titled “Creating Synergies and Partnership with Scientific Diaspora in Australia”. FBR signs Customs cooperation pact with Tajikistan Top Story ISLAMABAD: An agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters has been signed in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Imran Haider, ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Tajikistan, and Karimzoda K, chairman, Customs Service, Republic of Tajikistan, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective governments. The provisions of this agreement were finalized after exchange of detailed information/comments between the Pakistan Customs and the Tajikistan Customs and getting approvals by both the governments. To ensure prompt implementation of the said provisions, the Pakistan Customs authorized (through Ministry of Foreign Affairs) Pakistan’s ambassador to Tajikistan to sign this agreement on behalf of the Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan.
