Minister Donohoe appoints Ms. Charlotte Sheridan and Ms. Davina Saint to NAMA Board
The Minister for Finance, Paschal Donohoe T.D., has today (29 December 2020) announced the appointment of two new members, Ms. Charlotte Sheridan and Ms. Davina Saint, to the Board of NAMA.
These appointments are the outcome of an open competitive process conducted through the public appointments service and are in line with the requirement to have regard to the skills, diversity and gender mix within State Boards in the Government’s recently published Annex on Gender Balance, Diversity and Inclusion Reform.
Commenting on the appointment the Minister for Finance, Mr. Paschal Donohoe T.D., said:

Charlotte Sheridan and Davina Saint have been appointed to the NAMA board
Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe has today announced the appointment of two new members to the board of the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA).
The appointments of Charlotte Sheridan and Davina Saint are the outcome of an open competitive process conducted through the public appointments service.
They are in line with the requirement to have regard to the skills, diversity and gender mix within state boards in the Government s recently published Annex on Gender Balance, Diversity and Inclusion Reform. These appointments will bring a breadth of additional skills and experience to NAMA as it concentrates on emerging from the Covid-19 pandemic and looks forward to completing its important work over the coming years, Paschal Donohoe said.
