Photo courtesy of Wikimedia Commons Two nonstop seasonal routes being added at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport will enable easier access to one of America’s most popular national parks and one of the hippest small towns in the U.S. On May 27, low-cost airline Allegiant will launch nonstop service between Austin and Montana’s Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. Bozeman serves as a key gateway to Yellowstone National Park, one of the country’s most visited national parks.

Symphony of Northwest Arkansas will record a quintet by Little Rock-born composer
Florence Price (1887-1953) in the Great Hall at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, to be released Feb. 25 as a virtual concert.
Price, who in her day left Arkansas to pursue her career as a composer in Chicago, became the the first Black woman composer to have a symphony performed by a major American orchestra, and the rediscovery in 2009 of a trove of Price’s manuscripts in an abandoned house in Illinois rekindled interest in her work. Crafting America is the first exhibition at Crystal Bridges dedicated to modern and contemporary art. The exhibition tells a broad and inclusive story of craft in the United States from the 1940s to today. The exhibition consists of over 120 objects made from wood, glass, fiber, ceramic, metal, and more from 98 artists.
