On a warm November afternoon, Kristen Randall, a red-haired woman in a blue button-down shirt, knocked at the door of a rundown apartment in Tucson s east midtown. After three rounds of patient knocking, a woman named Angie Bevins opened the door.

Randall identified herself as a Pima County constable, a court-mandated officer tasked with enforcing evictions. A sudden tension washed over Bevins, who stood behind a metal screen door that was frayed at the edges. She had been dreading the day she would be forced out of her apartment. She said her landlord had warned her that this would happen.

Images later recovered during a search depicted his abuse of the victim. The victim s mother faces multiple child sexual abuse charges in Oregon state court, a spokesperson for the DOJ says. Seibert traveled to Utah in December 2018 and again in May 2019 to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a 14-year-old victim that he had met on the internet, he admitted in a plea agreement, according to the DOJ s office.
Court documents show one victim says Seibert asked her to send sexually explicit material, knowing she was a minor. She did so, and law enforcement later found in Seibert s possession about 160 images and eight videos of child exploitation material of the victim.

AGOURA HILLS, CA As Vice President Kamala Harris became the first woman and woman of color to be sworn in as vice president, her husband, Agoura High School graduate Doug Emhoff, became the nation s first Second Gentleman. He also became the first male and Jewish spouse of an American president or vice president.
The 56-year-old entertainment lawyer was born in Brooklyn, and spent most of his childhood in New Jersey, before moving to Agoura Hills when he was 17. In 1982, he graduated from Agoura High, where he was a member of the ski and backpacking clubs, varsity tennis team, and school newspaper staff, according to the 1982 yearbook.
