Tuscaloosa mayor candidates debate Elevate Tuscaloosa plan

Pointed criticisms, highlighted accomplishments and claims of a better future highlighted Thursday night’s debate among Tuscaloosa’s mayoral candidates. But among the most contentious of topics was Elevate Tuscaloosa.
