HANCEVILLE A few local students have been awarded 2021-22 scholarships at Wallace State Community College.
“The college is proud to provide scholarships totaling over $2.5 million to more than 550 students based on academic achievement as well as performing arts and athletic abilities,” read a press release from WSCC on Tuesday.

Kylie Everett of Pinson recieved the Academic Excellence Scholarship.
Lauren Hallmark of Pinson recieved the Leadership Scholarship.
Robert Bates of Pinson recieved the Performing Arts Scholarship.
