VERO BEACH It’s the 70th anniversary for a favorite Vero Beach festival and even COVID-19 can’t derail this weekend s Under the Oaks Fine Arts and Crafts Show at Riverside Park. The event showcases products such as oil, acrylic, watercolor and pastel paintings along with collage wall art, photography and digital art, sculpture, glass works, wood works, ceramics, jewelry and other selected crafts. Although the layout for the art festival is a little more spread out than past years, and there are about 20 less exhibitors, not much else has changed except for enhanced safety rules, according to festival co-chairman Alicia Quinn.
