JUNEAU, Alaska (KTUU) - With nine days until the regular session ends, the Alaska House of Representatives has passed its version of the operating budget on a 23-16 vote. It is effectively a first draft, and will be debated in the Senate, where legislators will use clearer guidance on how to spend $1 billion in federal COVID-19 relief.
