Ciudad Juárez Ante el bajo número de unidades de transporte urbano y de personal que han solicitado la expedición del engomado ecológico, concesionarios indicaron que existe “cierta desconfianza” en el proceso para la verificación, además de que refirieron que los tiempos de espera son muy prolongados.
Carlos Hernández, secretario general de Transporte Público de la CTM sección II, comentó que actualmente la expedición de engomado ecológico se realiza a través de un taller particular, sin embargo, aseguró que se ha perdido la confianza debido a lo minuciosa que es la revisión.

The city has proposed installing a buffered or parking-protected bike lane, eliminating a travel lane, cutting pedestrian exposure to 20 feet and implementing pedestrian refuge areas.
The portion of Walnut Street that needs repaving consists of two travel lanes, a paint-buffered bike lane, two parking lanes and 20 feet of pedestrian exposure. City officials have proposed installing pedestrian refuge areas and converting the bike lane into a parking-protected lane.
