The Knox County Sheriff s Office has released the names of the couple involved in a domestic-related shooting on Valentine s Day. According to a press release, Matthew M. Scott, 32, died of what KCSO believes is a self-inflicted gunshot wound. His wife, Rachel Scott, 33, was also shot. She is in stable condition in the ICU at UT Medical Center.
