The 24-year-old, who recently moved to Oxfordshire, offered customers high-quality drugs including cannabis packages in trendy glass phials and an ultra-strong version of the drug nicknamed shatter because it looks like glass. When he lived in Torquay, he was busted twice by the police but carried on as if nothing had happened for months until his business was closed down in a third raid.
