Police said they responded at 10:40 a.m. Saturday to 114 E. 53rd St. and, upon arrival, they found an unconscious man in the alleyway. Police said emergency medical services personnel responded and pronounced him dead, later identifying him as Allentown resident Emilary Milien Jr.
A 30-year-old Allentown man wanted in connection with a shooting early Saturday morning that left one person injured was found in New York City, according to Allentown police.
