Apr 19, 2021 Ed Kreuz Jr. is seeking the Republican nomination for Logan Township supervisor. Kreuz currently serves on the Altoona Area School Board. Kreuz, 54, lives on Quartz Lane. Born and raised in Altoona, Kreuz graduated from AAHS and attended the GACTC. He has owned and managed Kreuz’s Auto Repair for 25 years. Kreuz and his wife, Betsy, have two daughters. He is a member of the Jaffa Shrine. Kreuz is running for supervisor to ensure that Logan Township remains its own entity and doesn’t merge with the city. He understands the financial challenges, will work to operate cost-efficiently, and believes in providing the best long term yet financially feasible resources. As a business owner, he knows how to maintain a budget based on need not want and will do his best to maintain taxes.
