Albany County is laser focused on vaccinating high school students.
This is a big priority to Albany County health officials and local superintendents.
Right now, 41% of county residents have been fully vaccinated. Getting this younger population vaccinated is critical to building that herd immunity.

Albany City Schools and the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk District. Both superintendents say they ve received a lot of support from parents, and that getting students vaccinated is essential to getting back to that normal classroom setting they are used to.
