Assistant Wright County Attorney Brian Lutes said he intends to charge Gregory Paul Ulrich, 67, with second-degree intentional murder, four counts of attempted first-degree attempted murder, and possession of an explosive or incendiary device in connection with the shooting inside the Allina Health Clinic. "I will aggressively prosecute Ulrich for this horrible crime and the pain he caused to the victims, their families and the entire community," Lutes said.
Gov. Tim Walz ordered that all flags at state and federal buildings be flown at half-staff to honor the victims in Tuesday's fatal shooting in Buffalo.
