HPE hits record low with a total of 2 active COVID-19 cases

Staff note that three people have recovered, bringing the total number of active cases down to 2. The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit is reporting one new cases of the virus in Northumberland County. That brings the total number of cases in the county to 14. Comments

Staff note that six people have recovered since Wednesday’s update. The new case is travel related and in Quinte West. There are now a total of 6 active cases in the region, which is an all time low since the early days of the pandemic. 5 active cases in Quinte West 1 active case in Belleville A total of 483 vaccines have been administered in the region to date. The one outbreak at Crown Ridge Long Term Care Home in Trenton continues. One case has been identified so far.
