In response to “evolving” legislative requirements, Adrian Caspar will return to Lifespan Financial Planning and has been appointed as risk and compliance lead.
Caspar, who previously worked for Lifespan between 2011 and 2014, had over 15 years’ experience in financial services with his most recent roles focused on compliance, risk management and governance.
He had also worked for a range of organisations including Avant Mutual, KPMG Australia, Total Financial Solutions and ANZ.

More than 120 women suing a suspended Sydney doctor for negligence over botched breast and vaginal surgeries could be left out of pocket with his insurer declining liability.
Dr Les Blackstock, a former bankrupt and a one-time business partner of a jailed cocaine king-pin, was struck off for seven years in September following multiple findings of professional misconduct.

One patient told the Health Care Complaints Commission she felt “sick and humiliated” when she was woken during her breast augmentation procedure by Dr Blackstock to ask if she wanted to see what “he had cut off from my vagina”.
