Lion Real Estate Group, an investment firm focused on multifamily and creative office properties, has relocated its Los Angeles-based headquarters to Dallas. The firm has taken space at 3811 Turtle Creek Blvd. “The decision to relocate our corporate headquarters to Dallas aligns with our strategy of acquiring desirable multifamily assets outside of the urban core, both here in Texas and in other high-growth cities across the Sunbelt and Southeast,” said Jeff Weller, co-founder and managing principal of LREG.

M2G Ventures wrapped up the year with the transformation of PROOF, a 40,665-square-foot building at 901 W. Vickery Blvd. in Fort Worth. Despite the whirlwind of 2020, this coveted mixed-use project is 72 percent preleased, landing a corporate relocation, a boutique bowling concept, and one of the largest female-owned personal injury law firms in the country.

Astra Development sold Horton the Stuart Ridge development, located at Stuart and Long roads near Loop 288.
Plans for the property call for a $150 million development with more than 560 single-family homes. The first phase of the new community will include 163 lots.
“The property’s location in the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the city of Denton created unique challenges in terms of obtaining necessary approvals,” Justin Bono, founder and president of Astra Development, said in a statement. “Astra worked closely with the city of Denton on the creation of this development, and are pleased to be able to turn it over to D.R. Horton to carry the project forward.”
