Ahmedabad: The cyber cell of the Ahmedabad police in Gujarat have arrested a 25-year-old man for allegedly stalking and harassing women on the pretext of a free innerwear scheme.
The accused has been identified as Suraj Gavle, a resident of Chandkheda in the city.
