Spark bid at 1.37x RAB, walk on Share Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and KKR’s joint bid for Spark Infrastructure valued the group at 1.37-times its regulatory asset base or 12.1-times earnings, according to Macquarie equities research analysts. Spark revealed on Thursday morning that the Ontario/KKR consortium had two nibbles at the company, both via indicative and non-binding proposals.
