Pakistan needs to immediately revisit its Kashmir diplomacy, believes Ambassador Abdul Basit
Ambassador Abdul Basit is a retired Pakistani diplomat who served also as former high commissioner of Pakistan to India. He is the President of, Pakistan Institute for Conflict and Security Studies (PICSS) which is an Islamabad-based Think Tank.
Islamabad, Pakistan: “Islamabad needs to immediately revisit its Kashmir diplomacy and inject some vigour and vim into it.”
This was said by Ambassador Abdul Basit who had served in India for long before his retirement. Ambassador Basit is the President, Pakistan Institute for Conflict and Security Studies (PICSS) which is an Islamabad-based Think Tank.

MUZAFFARABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that a democratic Prime Minister must be elected to effectively answer Narendra Modi.
Addressing today’s Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) rally in Muzaffarabad on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day, the PPP chairman said that Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto had said Kashmir would gain independence even if a thousand years’ war has to be fought. Indian Occupied Kashmir has been turned into a prison and the Kashmiris are facing genocide, he added.

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Pakistani nation is observing the Kashmir Solidarity Day on Friday (February 5), reiterating its wholehearted support to the just struggle of Kashmiri people for their inalienable right to self-determination under the United Nations resolutions, the Dispatch News Desk (DND) news agency reported.

Mushahid says Indian propaganda twisting his Pulwama statement

LONDON: Senate’s Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Mushahid Hussain has regretted that false news from a conservative news site was used to dissuade British parliamentarians from attending a conference on Occupied Kashmir by distorting a statement he had made about the Pulwama attack.
Talking to The News, Mushahid said Indian sympathisers attempted to falsify his statement on the 2019 Pulwama crisis to sabotage an upcoming online event on their human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir, in the context of events marking Kashmir Solidarity Day on February 5.
