Oxford Magistrates Court where cases from the Banbury area are heard
Graeme Voce, 40, of Ivy Lane, Shutford pleaded guilty at Oxford Magistrates Court to assaulting the officers at the Shillingford Bridge Hotel, Wallingford on April 3. He was fined £400 for each offence and ordered to pay £50 compensation in each case. Voce was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £85.
The following cases were also heard at Oxford Magistrates’ Court:
Reneya Chadbone, 18, of George Street, Banbury pleaded guilty to damaging a wall in Barton, Oxfordshire on August 6, 2020 and to damage of a cell wall at Abingdon on August 7, 2020. The defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of assault of police officers and an assault against a detention officer on the same day. Chadbone also pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis.
OXFORD MAGISTRATES COURT PAWEL ZITANS, 41, of Sycamore Way, Didcot, admitted driving at 81mph in a 60mph zone on the A34 in Radley on September 20. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points. ANDREW ROBINSON, 52, of Botley Road, Oxford admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order on April 19 and April 21 by using abusive words of a racist nature in a public place. He also admitted using racial or religiously aggravated words to cause harassment in Oxford on April 19 and 21. He was jailed for four weeks, suspended for 12 months. He was also fined £100 in total.
