Celestial Church Speaks On Death Of Lagos Socialite, Badru Burnt During Prayer Session
The socialite, who was based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, had lit some candles and a prophet in the church began spraying perfume on him to bless him.

The Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) has described as abuse of spiritual perfumes the death of Kayode Badru, a Lagos-based socialite, who died from a candle fire incident.
According to Today report, Badru had visited a parish of the church in Lagos on May 3 for a thanksgiving ceremony for some youths he sponsored to the Academy For Innovative Art and Technology (ACIATECH).

How wonderful it was to hear the conventional prime minister of the kingdom of AmaZulu, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, saying, la ekhaya (here at home), when referring to the household of King Zwelithini.
It goes to show the degree to which African social systems are more advanced than that of any other grouping of humans. It illustrates how Buthelezi identifies with the Zulu kingship, being an integral part of the royal system.
