Nate Dewitt, 24,  Washburn: unlawful sexual contact (two counts), dismissed (first), 20 days in jail (second).   Matthew Valone, 49, Portage: reckless conduct, dismissed; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, $500 fine.  Amber Shaw, 33, Waterville: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, 3 years in prison, all suspended, 2 years in probation, $120 restitution, $400 fine.
