The 2020 winners are Christopher Pineda, a student at the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law, and Yongbin Chang, who attends the University of California’s Berkeley School of Law. Pineda and Chang will each be awarded $1,500 to be used toward furthering their legal education.

The Texas Department of Transportation said portions of Interstate 10 on the Northwest Side will experience closures Tuesday and Wednesday nights so that crews can install digital message boards as part of the I-10 Expansion Project.
The eastbound main lanes from Ralph Fair Road to Dominion Drive and the eastbound entrance ramp just before Ralph Fair Road will be closed from 9 p.m. to midnight Tuesday. That closure will also include the exit ramp to Boerne Stage Road.

SAN ANTONIO – The Texas Department of Transportation will shut down stretches of Interstate 10 this week on the city’s Northwest Side.
The scheduled closures are part of the the department’s I-10 expansion project. The closures will allow crews to install digital message boards.
The closures will begin on Tuesday and end by early Thursday, according to a news release from the department. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area until the roads are open again.
