Michigan State QB target AJ Duffy commits to Florida State

Michigan State’s search for a quarterback in the next recruiting class just hit a snag.
AJ Duffy, a 2022 four-star quarterback from IMG Academy in Florida, announced his commitment to Florida State on Wednesday night. Duffy had Michigan State in his top three, along with Florida State and Arizona State.
Duffy initially planned on announcing a commitment on March 31 but pushed back that date. He visited Arizona State and Florida State for their spring games and was in East Lansing over the weekend to watch Michigan State’s open spring practice.

This standard of love is attainable only by the perfect God (Matt 5:43-48), yet the saying dates as far back as the Law of Moses (Lev 19:18) and is regarded in the NT as the second greatest commandment (Matt 22:39; Mark 12:31; Rom 13:9; Gal 5:14; James 2:8).
Elderly man killed in Apple Valley while trying to cross Bear Valley Road

A 70-year-old man was killed when a passing vehicle struck him Easter Sunday as the man attempted to cross Bear Valley Road, east of Apple Valley High School, authorities say.
Deputies from the Apple Valley Sheriff s Station, as well as Apple Valley Fire Protection District personnel, responded at about 8:37 p.m. Sunday to an area of Bear Valley Road east of Quinnault Road after receiving a report of a collision involving a pedestrian and a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze, station officials said.
Deputies determined the 66-year-old man behind the wheel of the Chevy had been traveling westbound on Bear Valley Road when he hit the pedestrian, who died at the scene.

The pandemic of 2020 has forced a tsunami of change for everyone in the performing arts. With nightclubs, theaters, and museums closed, or operating at limited capacity, Twin City jazz musicians have had to double their efforts to stay musically involved. Things grew difficult for the clubs that offer jazz, as well. But all is not lost. In fact, many see at present light at the end of the proverbial tunnel, (though others may see it’s an oncoming train). Jazz Police recently surveyed Twin Cities jazz performers and club owners to discover how they have adapted and coped with COVID while working to keep Minnesota swinging.
