Health Minister Martin Foley has urged Victorians to “remain vigilant” as health authorities scramble to identify the missing links in the state’s latest cases of COVID-19. Victoria recorded one new locally acquired case overnight with health officials continuing their investigations into the source of the Reservoir outbreak.
