The independent Utah laboratory has reported the following results during the past week: Weekly Monitoring Testing: Total Monitoring Testing To Date: 43,928 tests conducted, with 12 total positive tests (9 players, 3 staff members); a 0.03% positive rate. Nine (9) different Clubs had had a Covered Individual test positive during Monitoring Testing.

As players and personnel have been arriving to Spring Training this week, that has meant something big that it didn’t mean last year at this time: a whole lot of intake testing for COVID-19.
