A top public cancer hospital in Hanoi detected 10 coronavirus positive cases Friday morning, and immediately locked down starting at 5:30 a.m.
K Hospital’s facility in Tan Trieu Commune, Thanh Tri District, found six patients and four of their relatives testing positive, the capital s Center for Disease Control (CDC) said.
Chu Ngoc Anh, chairman of the city People s Committee, and Deputy Minister of Health Tran Van Thuan said one of them had earlier been treated for a month at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases, which has been placed under lockdown and 38 people there were found to have Covid in the last few days.
