Sweetwater County Public Health released the following statement on its Facebook page today December 15. “Although the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine was approved recently, we do not have an anticipated date when vaccine will be available to the public.

The first shipments of vaccine will be limited in quantity and will be given to those groups identified in Phase1a from the Wyoming department of Health.
Sweetwater County is still waiting for Phase 1b and 1c guidelines and anticipate Moderna vaccine as early as next week.
Any future vaccine clinics for the public will be advertised on Facebook, media outlets, radio, newspaper and signs throughout the county.”
