South Eastern Sydney Local Health District has issued an alert for clients of Detoxologie in Bondi Junction.
People should see their GP if they had colonic irrigation, skin needling, allergy or other blood testing, intravenous infusion or vitamin injections at the centre between June 2013 and December 2020.
NSW Health said there is the potential for HIV and hepatitis B and C infections.

LIVE UPDATES:
Professor Mark Ferson, Director of the Local Health District s Public Health Unit, said while the risk of transmission of a blood-borne virus from a procedure at Detoxologie is low, it is wise to visit a GP for a blood test.
The watchdog warned the public about Ms Fain and the DETOXologie clinic in December, after two customers became unwell after they were given intravenous infusions. An investigation uncovered concerns about the clinicâs infection control practices, particularly its use of non-sterile equipment.
It also failed to find evidence that Ms Fain had ever been registered as a nurse in Australia, despite claiming to be one. She had poor knowledge of infection control practices, did not appear to have sterilised colonic irrigation devices between uses, and was unlawfully prescribing and administering medication, according to the watchdogâs warning.

A NSW Health expert committee examined the investigation and found there was a small risk that a blood-borne virus infection, such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C or HIV, may have spread from one patient to another because of the infection control breaches.
