Tony Momoh: Ben Bruce reacts to death of former minister

Ensure Full Enforcement Of COVID-19 Health Protection Regulations, IGP Orders Officers

Police called to house party in Southampton

Officers arrived at an address on Graham Road just before 10pm on Saturday, January 30.  Inside, they found seven people from different households.  The resident of the house told officers he was hosting a birthday party.  Police reported each person for summons in relation to fixed penalty notices, which means they will each face a £200 fine.  Those who will receive the fine are men aged between 27 and 40-years-old and one woman, aged 24-years-old.  Chief Inspector Ricky Dhanda, said: “This was a blatant breach of the Health Protection Regulations that are in place to keep people safe during the pandemic. “The people hosting and attending this party were putting themselves and their loved ones at risk from the virus. 

Sanwo-Olu Makes Wearing of Facemask Compulsory in Lagos

This came on a day Sanwo-Olu announced the approval of N200 million to support the ongoing COVID-19 patient management and treatment efforts of two federal government Treatment Centres in the state. The governor stated this yesterday while addressing State House Correspondents on COVID-19 update in the state at Lagos House, Marina.
